Poor level of visibility and audibility, annoying noise (including those from the environment), reverberation, complications when connecting – these are just some of the problems that all those who participate in video conferences or online meetings have to deal with. The presented model solves these problems by combining a camera, microphones and speaker in one device (all in one). We have m.in here. a wide viewing angle and an optical ring that informs the user whether they are visible to others and whether they can be heard well. The ideal audibility of each meeting participant is provided by four MEMS 360° microphones and a 360° speaker. Easy operation of the device is enabled by a special touch panel, and it takes only a few seconds to start working with the model – just connect it to the computer using a USB cable. More details about the advantages of this versatile equipment are presented later in the description.
100° viewing angle and optical ring with colour ring
IDCam Meeting Box is equipped with an ultra-wide viewing angle of 100°. Thanks to this solution, it can easily cover all participants of the meeting, even in a small room. What’s more, a special optical ring informs them (using a colored ring) whether they are visible and audible to the interlocutor on the other side. Such solutions make participation in video conferences or other types of online meetings much more comfortable.
Excellent sound without annoying interference
The IDCam Meeting Box not only provides excellent picture but also sound. The model is equipped with four MEMS 360° microphones and a 360° speaker, which allowed to obtain uninterrupted voice reception of all people who participate in the meeting and are within 5 meters of the device. We are dealing here with two-way communication in full duplex mode. Such smooth communication on both sides will ensure that even extremely long meetings will be conducted without obstacles, including without any annoying interference from video conferencing equipment.
Effective noise reduction and brak reverberation thanks to AI and FullDuplex technology
It is thanks to them that sounds from the environment are eliminated to the maximum, such as a loudly walking fan or air conditioning, the sound of a keyboard or computer mouse or other types of background noise. Being hard of hearing or complaining about annoying sounds hindering communication are things that you can forget with IDCam Meeting Box. AI technology along with FullDuplex will prevent reverberation in speakers and all kinds of interference.
Simple start (plug and play) and graphic touch panel for easy operation
To start a meeting using the IDCam Meeting Box, you really need to connect it to your computer using a USB cable. There are no complicated configurations or the need to use drivers or install additional programs – IDCam Meeting Box is a seamless plug and play connection. The operation of the model itself is also not a problem – the graphic touch panel, which allows you to control the volume of the system, is extremely intuitive, and turning the camera or microphone on and off is done with the touch of a button.
Effortlessly work with multiple systems and platforms
Also noteworthy is the wide compatibility of the IDCam Meeting Box video conferencing and online meeting device. This equipment works perfectly with all major video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. As for the supported systems, these are Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11, as well as Mac OS and Linux.
