INGREDIENTS FOR 8 WAFFLES

• 1 and 1/2 cup (240 g) wheat flour
• 1,5 teaspoons baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 2 teaspoons powdered sugar or crystal
• 1 tablespoon vanillin sugar
• 1 and 1/3 cup (350 ml) of milk
• 2 eggs M
• 0,5 cups (125 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter

METHOD OF PREPARATION

• Pour flour into a bowl, add baking powder, salt, sugar, vanillin sugar. Mix everything.

• Add milk, eggs and vegetable oil or melted butter. Mix with a mixer or mix with a rod until smooth. The dough can be set aside to rest (for about 15 minutes), but this is not necessary.

• Heat the waffle iron. Bake waffles in golden color for about 3 - 3,5 minutes or for the time specified in the waffle iron instructions. Apply the dough with a ladle, then spread the dough exactly over the entire surface with its convex side.

• After baking, put the waffles on a metal grille.

• Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

• Serve with your favorite toppings, e.g. marmalade, jam, maple syrup, fruit and whipped cream.
