✨Ingredients:

• ✔ 300 g wheat flour (approx. 2 glasses. )
• ✔ spoon baking powder
• ✔ 3 eggs
• ✔ 60 g vegetable oil e.g. rapeseed (approx. 1/4 glass. )
• ✔ 375 ml milk (about 1,5 glasses) )
• ✔ spoon of sugar
• ✔ a pinch of salt
• ✔ optional: vanilla flavour

✨Preparation method:

1. ⏩Heat the waffle maker – preferably at maximum power to make the waffles crispy.
2. ⏩Separate proteins from yolks. Mix flour, baking powder, milk, egg yolks, oil and vanilla flavor with a smooth dough mixer.
3. ⏩Add a pinch of salt to the protein bowl and beat it into a stiff foam. At the end of whipping, add a tablespoon of sugar. Beat the foam tightly, gently stir with a spatula into the dough prepared in the second bowl.
4. ⏩Pour portions of dough on a hot waffle iron and bake for about 3-5 minutes.
5. ⏩ Serve immediately, preferably with your favorite toppings: powdered sugar, whipped cream, fruit, maple syrup or chocolate.
6. Our tip: If you want even crispier waffles, put them on the grill after baking to evaporate.
