The presented water treatment plant is a modern, fully automatic solution designed for comprehensive treatment of well and tap water with a high content of organic matter. The system was built on a durable 12×52″ pressure cylinder and controlled by the renowned Clack WS1 CI head. The filling is 50 liters of Ecomix C multifunctional bed, designed to work in harsh water quality conditions.

Thanks to the advanced Ecomix C technology, the device effectively combines the functions of a softener, iron remover, demanganizer and organic matter reducing filter, replacing several classic filtration systems.

The Ecomix C deposit has been developed for waters with an increased content of organic compounds (TOC, colour) and effectively reduces:

• calcium and magnesium ions – responsible for water hardness and boiler stone,
• iron and manganese – eliminating deposits, discoloration and metallic aftertaste,
• natural organic matter – limiting water color and oxidization,
• ammonia,
• improves the clarity, smell and taste of water.

Ecomix C is especially recommended where classic multifunctional deposits quickly lose their performance.

Installation diagram and assembly

The device is mounted on the main cold water connection. The built-in bypass allows you to quickly disconnect the station and switch to raw water during service. Rinses are discharged into the sewage system. It is recommended to use a pre-filter, especially for waters with high turbidity or iron content.
