🔧 Construction

Body made of Cordury 1000D - nylon fabric with Teflon finish, used by the US and NATO military since the 70s. Denier 1000 means 1000 grams per 9 km of fiber - twice as thick as 500D, much more resistant to punctures with spikes and stones. Back formed into foam blocks with ventilation channels, reinforced with glass fiber rail - stiffens the backpack, transfers the load to the hips. The rail can be removed when you do not need stiffness (e.g. packing in the trunk). The hip belt is interchangeable - a short trip does not need it, a long walk with 15 kg requires. ITW Nexus buckles, locks of own production Wisport. 7 pockets: 3 outer, 3 inner, 1 side per bottle.
