SPARTUS® EasyMIG 225 is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, based on IGBT transistors. The device is designed for arc welding using the following methods:

• MIG/MAG - welding in inert and active gases
• MMA (Manual Metal Arc) – welding with a wrapped electrode,
• TIG Lift – welding with arc ignition by rubbing.

SPARTUS EasyMIG 225 is designed for manual, electric MIG-MAG, MMA and TIG LIFT welding. It is used to combine:

• low carbon and low alloy steel (MAG)
• Alloy steels (MIG)

• Core wire welding (Flux)
• Soldering (CuSi, CuAl)

Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield (e.g. Argon for MIG/TIG LIFT) or active (e.g. CO2 for MAG), as well as without gas shield (FLUX, MMA method).

⚙ Welding MIG/MAG

It is a versatile metal joining method that uses an electric arc and a gas shield. The electric arc is produced between the hot melt electrode and the welded material. The electrode in the form of a welding wire, acts as a binder, which, after mixing with the native material, forms a weld.

The MIG/MAG method ensures high weld quality, efficiency and ease of use, ideal for working with a variety of materials. Allows for precise e.g. combination of black steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Thanks to its versatility, it works well in industry, workshops and home repairs, guaranteeing durable and aesthetic welds.

⚙ MMA (Manual Metal Arc)

It is a method of welding with a wrapped electrode, in which the electric arc melts the base metal and the electrode. It is one of the oldest and most versatile techniques, ideal for welding carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials.

Thanks to its ease of use and resistance to weather conditions, MMA welding is often used in construction, industry and repair work.

⚙ TIG DC Lift welding (contact arc glow)

It involves the production of an electric arc between the non-melting electrode and the welded material. The electric arc generates a high temperature that melts the metal at the contact points, allowing them to connect. In this process, there is no need to use additional material unless it is required, then it is delivered manually to the welding lake.

TIG DC welding (direct current) is an excellent method for precise joining, e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel and acid-resistant steel. It guarantees the highest quality of welds and full control over the process, ideal for work requiring precision.

Contact arc glow - gas outflow and start of current feeding from the button, glow after contact with the welded material.

The SPARTUS EASYMIG 225 welder is equipped with a clear LCD display. It allows you to easily and quickly set the welding current voltage and manage the functions of the device. During the correction of parameters, the display suggests the shape of the weld and graphically indicates the recommended thickness of the material for the selected current.

⚙ Functions 2T/4T

Choosing between two-bar (2T) and four-bar (4T) mode allows you to adjust the arc control method to the length of the weld. The 4T mode is ideal for making longer welds, reducing welder hand fatigue.
