PSI 200 PRO is the latest offer from the renowned European manufacturer of PATON welding machines. Compared to the previous version, the welder has been equipped with a large readable display with excellent contrast.

PROTECTION AGAINST VOLTAGE DROP

The welder also has a built-in work stabilization system and allows you to work for the voltage range from 160V to 260V. This allows you to work on a long extension cord, power from a power generator or in weaker networks where there are fluctuations in the supply voltage.

PROTECTION AGAINST DUST AND MOISTURE

All electronic components of the welder are impregnated with two layers of high-quality varnish , which ensures reliability during the entire period of operation, increases the life of the welder and allows it to work in production conditions with high dust and high humidity.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS OF THE PATON WELDING MACHINE:

HOT START "hot start" - consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the phenomenon of "sticking the electrode" in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process.

GAS TEST - using a dedicated button, we can check the correct flow of the shielding gas.

DISPLAY - the great advantage of the welder is a large and legible double display - it shows us the current values and optional functions.

FAN STOP - adaptive fan, a solution that increases the life of the fan itself and additionally reduces the amount of dust in the device itself. The fan speed increases at the beginning of work and when it is heated up and decreases when the welder is cooled down

PULS X3 - function available and adjustable in each of the MMA, MIG MAG and TIG methods. The pulse welding mode is irreplaceable when welding elements made of stainless and acid-resistant steel and aluminum, in particular it works well when joining thin elements. TIG welding with pulse ensures very good penetration, which is mainly due to the reduction of the material overheating zone. The welder gains better control over the welding process. The resulting joint is narrower and looks good. An additional advantage of pulse welding is the lack of spatter.

SOFT START - a function that facilitates the start of the welding process by temporarily increasing the speed of feeding the electrode wire.

BURNBACK - adjustment of the burnback time of the end of the welding wire eliminates the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip.

VRD - voltage reduction system whose task is to turn off the power within a few milliseconds after finishing welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the covered electrode to a safe level.

IGBT - the welder uses modern transistors, a solution that ensures minimum electromagnetic interference, low power losses in the basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.
