Paton MMA/TIG Lift PRO-160 enables welding using the MMA, TIG DC and MIG/MAG method (after purchasing a separate wire feeder) it will be used in assembly works, the production industry, in the shipbuilding industry and in work installation on construction sites. The device will also be an ideal acquisition for owners of repair shops. In the welding machine, welding is carried out m.in using a wrapped electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a compressed sheath. The Paton welding machine can be used to join carbon and low and high alloy steels, stainless steels, cast iron and ductile cast iron, in addition to non-ferrous metals such as copper and nickel and their alloys. In addition to protection against power surges, the device has a operation stabilization system with longer voltage changes in the single-phase power grid and enables proper operation of the device. Thanks to its high efficiency, the source provides twice the demand for electric energy compared to traditional transformer devices. Paton MMA/TIG Lift PRO-160 ensures high reliability in production conditions with high dustiness and high humidity. All electronic components of the device are impregnated with two layers of high-quality varnish, which ensures the reliability of the product during the entire service life.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.
HOT START – ensures the highest quality of welding start, first-class ignition – at the moment of arcing, during a short time, the working welding current increases from the set working level to the optimal level. In some cases (when working with a weak network or generator), this level can be set manually if there is a suitable switch (as in the “Professional” series). Lowering the “Hot-Start” to reduce power consumption from a weak grid or increasing it in a strong grid makes it much easier to ignite.
Anti-Stick function – allows the welder to easily separate (subtract) the electrode from the product, without the risk of visual paralysis. In the case of a short circuit (if it occurs), after a short break, the welding current is reduced automatically. After separating the electrode from the element, the source automatically restores its operation.
Arc-Force function – is used to improve the stability of combustion in the short arc and prevent the electrode from “sticking”. When a drop of metal is separated from the electrode, the current is automatically raised to a certain level if there is a suitable switch (as in the “Professional” series). By lowering the “Electric arc force” to reduce power consumption from a weak grid or increasing it in a strong grid, the stability of arc combustion is even more improved.
OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.
VOLTAGE STABILIZATION - eliminates voltage fluctuations, which affects the regulation of the welding machine, prolongs its service life as well as translates into increased work safety.
FAN STOP - an adaptive fan, a solution that increases the life of the fan itself and additionally reduces the amount of dust in the device itself. The fan speed increases at the beginning of operation and at the moment of its heating and decreases when the welding machine is cooled.
