TIG 200A Magnum THF 220 AC/DC Soft welding machine

MAGNUM THF 220 AC/DC Pulse inverter welder is a professional inverter welding device designed for welding: aluminum and its alloys, carbon steels, stainless steels, acid-resistant steels, copper and brass and other weldable metals and alloys, made in IGBT technology.

The device welds using the following methods:

• TIG AC/DC
• TIG AC/DC (PULSE)
• MMA

For all TIG methods, the following welding modes can be used:

- Two-bar with arc glow through lift-arc (2T)

- Four bars with arc ignition via lift-arc (4T)

- Two-bar with contactless HF (2T HF)

- Four-bar with contactless HF (4T HF)

The advantages of the device are small dimensions, making the device compact and easy to transport, and the high quality of workmanship ensures that the device will serve for a long time.

• In the TIG function, it is possible to weld using Pulse, which limits the introduction of heat into the material, and thus improves the quality of the weld, reduces deformation of the welded material associated with overheating, and reduces the risk of burnout of the welded material.

• In the MMA function there are options:

- Hot Start - facilitating arcing by temporarily increasing the welding current.

- Arc Force - allows you to control the dynamics of the welding arc, which transfers to the depth of melting and soft arc

- Anti Stick - makes it easier to detach the electrode if it is glued to the welded material by reducing tension

- VRD - During a break in the welding process, it reduces the voltage to a level safe for the welder.
