SPARTUS® ProMIG 200PFC is an advanced portable multifunction welding machine that allows welding by various methods. You can use it for both MIG/MAG, TIG Lift and MMA welding, with a maximum welding current of 200A. This welder operates on a single-phase power supply with a voltage of 230V.

SPARTUS® ProMIG 200PFC is a modern welding device that uses the latest technologies to ensure stable welding parameters in various conditions. Thanks to the use of inverter technology, IGBT power transistors, MCU controller, PWM technology and PFC filter, this welding machine guarantees excellent arc characteristics and high quality of the welded material connector.

The welder has a digital, high-resolution color LCD display that has been programmed intuitively, providing maximum convenience when setting welding parameters. A big advantage is also the multilingual interface, enabling support in languages such as Polish, English, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Slovenian, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Serbian and Czech.

With its compact size and advanced technology, this welding machine is perfect for small repairs and overhauls in the shipbuilding industry. In addition, it is widely used in various types of workshops, light production works and in the field of automotive, especially in bodywork repairs of car bodies, such as welding and soldering CuSi3 material and welding of exhaust systems.

2T/4T - at two bars after pressing the start button, the welding process takes place, while after releasing the button, the welding process is stopped. Four bars is particularly useful for long welds as well as during work when we need to freely maneuver the handle, e.g. during welding of pipes. After pressing and releasing the button, the arc is lit only again pressing and releasing completes the process.

3IN1 WELDER – an inverter source that efficiently and trouble-freely combines several welding methods. Migomat or inert and active gas welding MIG MAG together with welding MMA wrapped electrode. In addition, it allows the use of a TIG handle with a valve for welding in the Lift method with a tactile arc glow.

ARC FORCE – is used to improve stability in the arc and prevent the electrode from “sticking”. Reducing its value to some extent also reduces electricity consumption, the arc is soft and the depth of the melt is reduced. This makes it easier to work with thinner materials. Similarly, increasing ARC FORCE, the arc becomes more focused melting and the stability of the arc increases.

BURN BACK – wire burning function, does not allow welding wire to melt to the current tip. Adjustable in time, allows you to temporarily extend the wire after the welding process is completed.

HOT START "hot start" - consists in temporarily increasing the welding current above the set value at the moment of arcing. This prevents the phenomenon of “sticking the electrode” in the initial phase of welding, making it easier to start the whole process. It is recommended to disable this function p for thin elements.

IGBT - modern bipolar transistors, ensuring minimum electromagnetic interference and low power loss. They increase efficiency and extend the reliability of the power source. They enable a high switching frequency, thus ensuring rapid adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.

INDUCTANCE – enables optimization of the welding process depending on the thickness of the welded element and welding conditions. Reducing inductance makes the arc more stable and concentrated and thus greater blending into the material. Increasing the inductance useful for welding thin elements contributes to the formation of a more liquid lake. The arch becomes soft, the amount of chipping decreases. The function is useful for thin elements and in the soldering process to avoid damage to the protective zinc layer.

LUTOSPELING - this method is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. Soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material with which we work. The second part of the name, MIG/MAG, comes from the use of the method of melting wire in an electric arc surrounded by protective gas, as well as from the preparation of the edge of the material in the same way as for traditional welding. However, the soldering method is used not only for bonding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.

PFC – compensates for voltage fluctuations or too low input voltage resulting from the use of long extension cords, aggregates. It guarantees stable operation for voltage drops according to the % range specified by the manufacturer.

POST GAZ – gas outflow after welding. Protects the lake from the harmful effects of atmospheric air. The lack of additional gas shielding may result in oxidation of the weld. Regulation expressed in seconds.

PRE GAS – gas outflow before arcing. Protects the lake from the harmful effects of atmospheric air. Pre-cleans the welded material. Regulation expressed in seconds.

SLOW FEED / WIRE ACCESS - regulation of the access speed of the wire, allows stable arc glow, especially in cases of high speed of its feeding. It minimizes the risk of welding defects and chipping at the beginning of the weld.

SPOOL GUN - welding torch with built-in wire feeder. It is used mainly in car workshops and in welding thin sheets, it is perfect for hard-to-reach places and at heights. A spool with welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connection and a control plug.

SYNERGY - a function facilitating the selection of optimal parameters in the welding process. Using programmed data, it automatically selects the speed of wire feed to the welding current. Accelerates the start of work, reduces the risk of improper settings that negatively affect the quality and appearance of the weld.

VRD - This function lowers the voltage in the unloaded state. Within milliseconds after welding, the voltage on the wrapped electrode is reduced to a safe level. The correct voltage value is restored only just before the arc is ignited. This minimizes the risk of electric shock. In extreme cases, it makes it difficult to light the arch.
