The IDEAL EXPERT TIG 220 AC DC PULSE LCD welding machine is designed for welding with TIG AC DC pulsation current and MMA method. The device allows welding of any type of material with a maximum current of 220A.

HIGH POWER AND SMALL DIMENSIONS

The EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC LCD PULSE welder is an inverter welder manufactured with new generation IGBT transistors. The welding machine impresses with its small dimensions and high power 220A which translates into the possibility of welding elements about 12mm thick. Small dimensions and weight make this model unrivaled in its class of welding machines, they also guarantee high mobility and the ability to work even in hard-to-reach places.

INTUITIVE CONTROL

The welder is equipped with a large and easy-to-read LCD display. Thanks to this, we can easily adjust parameters such as gas outflow, current, current drop, pulse frequency, AC balance and other functions available in MMA and TIG DC welding.

PULS - Pulse welding not only allows for better weld quality, but also allows for welding in various positions and welding of very thin elements. Reducing the linear energy of the arc, and thus reducing overheating or burnout of welded materials.

TIG 2-LEVEL - current adjustment "2-level" allows you to switch between higher and lower current levels by successive button presses in the welding torch.

SETTINGS MEMORY - Built-in memory allows you to save and read up to 9 sets of settings, which definitely facilitate work, especially when we have repeatability of cycles.

ANTI STICK - anti-short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, which facilitates its detachment and prevents the accidental formation of a welding arc

The Sherman V3 automatic welding visor is designed to protect the welder's eyes and face. The built-in filter automatically changes from light to dark when you start working, and when you finish the work, it becomes bright again. The filter has the highest optical class 1/1/1, ensuring full safety of the welder and full compatibility with welding TIG DC, TIG AC, TIG PULS.
