The EXPERT ARC 201 PFC inverter welder is designed to perform MMA welding with a direct current (DC) electrode and TIG method with direct current (DC) with short-circuit arc ignition. It was created for welding with rutile electrodes, alkaline electrodes, for welding stainless steel and cast iron. The TIG LIFT DC option allows welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield. Thanks to electronic control, it is possible to smoothly adjust the welding current.

ANTI-STICK - allows the welder to easily separate (subtract) the electrode from the product, without the risk of visual paralysis. In the case of a short circuit (if it occurs), after a short break, the welding current is reduced automatically. After separating the electrode from the element, the source automatically restores its operation. It improves welding efficiency, short circuit of the electrode is accompanied by overheating, which may result in its damage.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.

PFC in Welding Machine – compensates for voltage fluctuations or too low input voltage resulting from the use of long extension cords, aggregates. It guarantees stable operation and full power when the input voltage is lower than the nominal according to. the extent specified by the manufacturer. It ensures that the necessary amount of energy is maintained for a stable welding arc.

ARC FORCE - allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Reducing the value of the function gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. When setting the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to press the electrode into the lake of molten metal and burn the material through.

HOT START - this is a temporary increase in welding current to facilitate the ignition of the electric arc and the preheating of the welded material.
