EXPERT MULTIMIG 200 TIG AC/DC is an inverter synergistic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, MIG FLUX, TIG and TIG PULS alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and MMA method with direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) electrode. The device has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs.
EXPERT MULTIMIG 200 is used for soldering galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum. Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield, active or mixture, and with reverse polarity without gas.
TIG DC and TIG DC PULS function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and titanium.
TIG AC and TIG AC PULS function: allows welding of aluminum and its alloys and brass.
By adjusting TIG PULS pulsed welding parameters, we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also reduces the amount of heat supplied to the material and is applicable when welding thin materials.
Arching occurs in non-contact (HF) or touch (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used during welding in environments with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the environment.
Both with the MIG/MAG method and TIG HF non-contact ignition and TIG LIFT touch ignition, we have the option of selecting the button function in the handle between 2-bar or 4-bar operation (button lock for long welds).
The device has a manual mode and 19 MIG/MAG synergistic programs with the possibility of adjustment:

The welding parameters recording function makes it easy to work on various materials without having to re-adjust the device when changing gas and wire.

The fan cooling system - activated only when necessary - reduces contamination inside the unit.
The device is equipped with overload protection, over and undervoltage protection, to work with a generator (+/- 15%) which increases its reliability.
