Physiological muzzle Chopo Caucasian Shepherd Sarplaninac, one universal size. The chamber is long. 14 cm, width 14 cm, H. 16 cm. Galvanized wire cage covered with rubber plastic, natural leather strapping strap, interior lined with soft felt.

Physiological means that the dog can freely open its mouth in the muzzle: pant, drink water, yawn and take flavors without removing the muzzle. This is important for prolonged wear, in the heat and during work, when the dog cools down by yawning.

This model is designed for shepherds of large and giant breeds, with a wide, massive muzzle. The chamber is wide and high, with a supply under the lush coat on the muzzle.

The basis is a cage of galvanized wire covered with rubber plastic. The coating protects against corrosion, is easy to clean and does not freeze to the mouth in winter, and the metal does not come into direct contact with the dog's skin, so the muzzle also works well for dogs with sensitive skin. The strap is made of natural leather and the interior is lined with soft felt, which prevents the muzzle from rubbing. Chopo muzzles are made by hand.

The names of the races in the title are the starting point, not the rule. Two dogs of the same breed may need different models, because the fit is determined by a specific dimension of the muzzle, not the breed itself. Therefore, it is worth measuring the dog before buying.

How to choose the size: three muzzle measurements are needed. You measure the length on top of the muzzle, from the eye line to the tip of the nose. Width at its widest point, across the mouth. Height from the profile, with the mouth closed, from the bottom of the jaw to the top of the muzzle. The muzzle chamber must be larger than the muzzle in each of these three dimensions. At the length, leave a supply for the nose, and at the height count from 2,5 to 3 cm above the measurement, because the dog leaves the jaw when yawning.

A muzzle is placed on the dog under supervision. Adjust the strap so that the muzzle does not slide off the muzzle and at the same time does not compress. Do not leave your dog in a muzzle unattended, in transit or in a playpen. Before each use, check the condition of the cage, strap and clasp.
