The principle of operation of the juicer is very simple.
- Fill the lower container with water up to 2/3 of the height, after which we apply juice and fruit containers on it sequentially.
- Pour 2,5-4 kg of thoroughly washed fruit into the upper dish and possibly fill it with sugar.
- Cover the whole with a lid and set on the stove burner.
- Hot steam (passing through the chimney in a juice dish and through numerous holes in the bottom of the fruit container) causes cracking of the peel on the fruit and intense juice secretion.
Drawing juice from soft fruit takes approx. 1 hour, with hard - up to 2 hours.
