NITROBOLON is a pre-workout booster containing a combination of L-arginine malate, citrulline malate and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) with creatine ethyl ester. NITROBOLON is recommended for strength athletes to use before training.
Recommended use:
- A single serving of the preparation – 4 capsules – drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.
- On training days: I portion 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion 30 minutes before training, III portion immediately after training.
- On non-workout days: I portion 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion 30 minutes before the main meal, III portion before bedtime.
