SOYA PRO - soy protein isolate for athletes and more
Packaging:
- 500g
Flavor: coffee
SOYA PRO is a high-protein supplement that is based on soy protein isolate (SPI). Each serving of the product is over 81% of valuable proteins and negligible amounts of fat and carbohydrates. The product does not contain sugar, and perfectly refined flavors will surely appeal to everyone, regardless of the nutritional ethics. The product is vegan and vegetarian friendly, as it is based only on vegetable protein.
SOYA PRO contains SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE (SPI), which is characterized by maximum protein concentration and almost complete elimination of carbohydrates and fats. Recent research, based on numerous meta-analyses, increasingly debunks the myth that soy protein is not suitable for building muscle mass. Well, researchers show that soy protein contributes as much to building strength and dry muscle mass as whey protein. This is especially important for athletes who, for health reasons or nutritional ethics, do not prefer dairy proteins or zoonotic products.
Another popular myth associated with soy products is its effect on the endocrine system of men, and more specifically, the promotion of feminization. From the latest research, conducted on a wide group of men, it has been shown that neither soy protein nor soy isoflavones affect the levels of testosterone, free testosterone, estrogen and SHBG proteins.
Who should use SOYA PRO protein supplement:
Soy protein isolate is an excellent alternative to whey protein, which is made from milk. A large part of the population is struggling with the problem of lactose intolerance, which is present in whey proteins, in particular in WPC. Also, milk proteins themselves can be problematic for people who suffer from allergies. Soybean supplements will also work for people whose goal is to build strength and muscle mass. The content of essential amino acids is sufficient for the complete process of muscle protein synthesis (MPS). Most importantly: soy proteins are not inferior to the taste qualities of their whey counterparts! They taste great in the sheikhs’ post and as an addition to fit-bakes.
SOYA PRO is a conditioner for:
- people who are physically active and play sports,
- people who tolerate lactose and milk proteins poorly,
- trainers, but on a budget,
- people who practice veganism and vegetarianism.
What products should you combine SOYA PRO protein with:
- for building muscle mass: CREAVITA, EAA XTRA INSTANT, RICE CARBS + PROTEIN,
- for better performance in endurance sports: DE LUXE BEET SHOT, BETA-ALANINE XTRA, RICE CARBS,
- for improving vitality and health: VITALITY SPORT + D3, ELEMENTS ZMP, PROBIOTIC XTRA.
All of the recommended products are vegan and vegetarian friendly!
Recommended use of SOYA PRO:
- Dissolve the recommended 30 g (1,5 scoops) in water or your favorite plant-based beverage (e.g. almond, oatmeal). The product should be used adequately to the protein requirement, from 1 to 2 servings a day. Drinking SOYA PRO after training significantly accelerates regeneration.
