Dust-free siphon sandblaster with tank with a capacity of 106 l. The siphon sandblaster enables fast and precise cleaning of metal elements. The mobile sandblaster allows for sanding and cleaning in a semi-open circuit. The device is equipped with a dust extraction with a vacuum cleaner, which collects reflecting abrasive and transfers it back to the tank, limiting its losses.

The sandblasting gun has been enclosed with a nozzle of a vacuum cleaner with a brush, which seals the connection and prevents abrasive from escaping outside. Abrasive suction provides a clean workstation and greater comfort of use.

Solid tank design guarantees long service life and failure-free operation of the device. Drive wheels and ergonomic handle make it easy to transport and use every day.

🔴 106 L CAPACITY – LARGE ABRASIVE TANK

The BAUG B3404 sandblaster has a tank with a capacity of up to 106 liters, thanks to which the device is adapted to perform larger work related to surface cleaning. Such a large capacity allows you to accumulate the right amount of abrasive without having to refill it often.

According to the data included in the offer, 3/4 of the tank, i.e. about 50 kg of sand, is enough for about 1 hour of operation. In turn, a full tank allows for processing of about 5 to 6 m² medium rusted sheet metal.

Such parameters are particularly useful when cleaning larger components, when frequent interruption of work to replenish abrasive would be impractical.

🔴 ABRASIVE RECOVERY – SEMI-OPEN CIRCUIT WITH SUCTION

BAUG B3404 uses a system in which the abrasive, when ejected from the nozzle and reflected from the cleaned surface, is sucked by the extraction system and then directed back to the tank.

This means that the abrasive material does not remain exclusively on the treated surface and in its immediate surroundings. A properly functioning suction system allows to recover abrasive and direct it back to the tank, which reduces its losses during operation.

This is particularly important for longer sandblasting, as the recovered material can go back into circulation.

🔴 DUST EXTRACTION AND BRUSH AT THE GUN – LIMITING ABRASIVE EXTRACTION

The sandblasting gun is equipped with a vacuum cleaner element terminated with a sealing brush. The brush adheres to the treated surface at the place of the gun.

Its task is to limit the release of abrasive outside during operation. At the same time, the suction system collects abrasive and dust reflecting off the surface.

This solution allows you to conduct sandblasting in a more orderly manner, and the recovered material can be directed back to the tank.

🔴 PRESSURE 5,5 – 8,3 BAR – SANDBLASTER OPERATING PARAMETER

The sandblaster operates in the pressure range 5,5 – 8,3 bar. This is one of the key parameters affecting the way of performing jet-abrasive machining.

The right pressure allows you to use the flow of compressed air to transport the abrasive through the system and eject it through the nozzle towards the cleaned surface.

It is worth remembering that the sandblaster requires cooperation with the compressor, so before starting work, it is necessary to choose a source of compressed air according to the requirements of the device.
