URINARY S/O MODERATE CALORIE is a complete and balanced veterinary diet for cats, designed to dissolve struvite stones and prevent their recurrence. It achieves this through urine acidification and a low magnesium content.
Indications:
- Idiopathic lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD).
- Dissolution of struvite stones.
- Prevention of struvite and oxalate stone recurrence.
Contraindications:
- Pregnancy, lactation, growth period.
- Chronic kidney disease, metabolic acidosis.
- Heart failure.
- Hypertension.
- Use of urine acidifying medications.
DURATION OF TREATMENT: Consult with your veterinarian before use. URINARY S/O MODERATE CALORIE should be used for 5-12 weeks to dissolve struvite stones and up to 6 months to reduce the risk of recurrence.
