Chaga, or Birch Hub or Boil, has an invaluable immune-stimulating effect. Throughout its life cycle, birch mushroom absorbs nutrients, tree juices and antibodies produced by the tree. As a result, the fungus is saturated with biologically active ingredients. These are m.in. valuable polyphenols, polysaccharides, melanins, triterpenes, flavonoid glycosides, humus-like shaginic acid, organic acids, trace elements and other bioactive substances that make it so valued among lovers of natural products.

Befungin is a concentrated extract of the black medical hub - (Inonotus Obliquus), growing on Siberian birches. Czaga has active ingredients that do not come from the host (birch), used as stimulators of the immune system. Only this form (water-alcoholic solution) has these substances.

It grows birches of Eurasia and North America. It has extraordinary properties that stimulate the immune system. Interestingly, only specimens parasitic on birches exhibit these properties – those growing on alder, rowan, beech alder and maples do not have them.

Growing very slowly, sometimes for many years from small disputes to huge mushroom sizes, it is saturated with ingredients (axis) of birch juice. It has the shape of a hoof and sometimes weighs up to several kilograms. It has a black rough surface covered with mounds and a strongly cracked skin. Young fruiting bodies should be used for therapeutic purposes. Inside, the fungus has a dark brown color and close to the core of the trunk reddish-brown. The fungus grows from 10 to 20 years, with time after the tree trunk completely penetrates on the opposite side, an additional fruiting body appears and the tree eventually dies, breaks and falls. Interestingly, trees infected with Chaga are usually not inhabited by other species of fungi that break down trunks.

There are two main cycles used in birch hub supplementation:

ℹ short, repeated several times a year and having long breaks of one to two months (they are applicable in the general strengthening of the body)

ℹ long (3-4 months) with a short break (about a week).

Restrictions during supplementation, which should be strictly observed:

Daily dose - 2 teaspoons (10 ml)

Daily dose contains: Chaga fruiting body extract (Inonotus Obliquus) 1:5 | 5ml: 3g (600mg mushroom fruiting body) | 10ml: 6g (1200mg mushroom fruiting body).

Usage: adults 1 teaspoon (5ml) twice a day, diluting in 100ml of water or tea. Use between meals. Shake well before use.
