Collagen is the main component of connective tissue. It belongs to fibrous proteins. Collagen fibers are made up of a substance called collagen, they give tissues elasticity. Collagen is needed for the proper functioning of cartilage, joints, ligaments and tendons. It also affects the condition of hair, nails and skin. Vitamins B1, B2, B5 and B6 contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. Magnesium helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, maintain muscle function and maintain electrolyte balance.
