2. Place the ThermaCare wrap on the painful area with the darker discs facing your skin.

3. The risk of skin burns increases with age. Individuals aged 55 or older should consider wearing the ThermaCare wrap over a layer of clothing so it does not directly touch the skin.

4. Secure the wrap firmly. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to wear the ThermaCare therapeutic wrap for approximately 8 hours.
