How to Use:
To begin thermal therapy (also known as constant heat therapy) using the ThermaCare therapeutic pad, follow these steps:
1. Open the protective pouch immediately before use. It may take up to 30 minutes for the ThermaCare pad to reach therapeutic temperature.
2. Place the ThermaCare pad on the painful area of your lower abdomen, ensuring the darker discs are against your skin.
3. The risk of skin burns increases with age. Individuals aged 55 years or older should consider placing the ThermaCare pad over a layer of clothing so that the compress does not adhere directly to the skin's surface.
4. Secure the pad firmly. For maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to wear the ThermaCare therapeutic pad for approximately 8 hours.

- Do not use the pad for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.
