SPARTUS PRO 930XT is a modern welding visor with the function of automatic change of darkening degree. It is designed to provide maximum protection for the eyes and face, preventing damage that can arise during welding work, and also offers protection against harmful UV radiation i IR. The presence of 4 sensors guarantees a very high sensitivity of the filter.

IMAGE WITHOUT INTERFERENCE

The visor is equipped with an automatic filter that allows you to manually adjust the degree of protection. It has the ability to adjust: blackout degree (DIN 4-8 / DIN 9-13), brightening time and filter sensitivity, without having to remove the visor.

Clean, undisturbed visibility with perfect reproduction of real colors is provided by the TRUE COLOR filter, which does not apply green color to the image, and a large field of view with dimensions of 100 x 65 mm. In addition, the grinding mode allows you to set the filter so that it does not change the degree of brightness.

EN 379 defines four key parameters that define the optical class of a welding visor:

Optical class – determines the type and degree of image distortion.

Light dispersion – assesses the quality of the filter material and its purity, without contamination.

Differences in light transmission – refer to the self-tinting capabilities of lenses and even dimming over the entire surface.

Angle dependence on light transmittance – provides a clear view from every angle.

Each of these parameters is evaluated on a scale from 1 to 3, where 1 is the best score and 3 is the weakest.

The better the parameters, the higher the optical class, but also the price. The 1/1/1/1 visor is designed for professional use.

ERGONOMICS AND HIGH QUALITY

The perfect fit to the user's needs is offered by an adjustable head, thanks to which the visor does not compress the head or slide off it, which affects the efficiency of work. In addition, the header is equipped with a sweatband, and also allows to set the appropriate distance of the filter from the welder's eyes, which improves comfort. The visor has a special mechanism for lifting and lowering the welding filter. The determinant of high quality is the material from which it was made, and it is durable polyamide.

The use of photovoltaic cell and replaceable battery in the visor is an economical and practical solution, due to the possibility of choosing between these power sources. The use of a photovoltaic cell reduces battery consumption, which at the same time reduces operating costs. The result is also longer, trouble-free operation of the visor.
