The high content of plant fibers can help, for example, in inflammation of the large intestine and improving digestion and passage of chyme. Easily digestible proteins contribute to the improvement of fermentation processes. Fructooligosaccharides regulate the level of intestinal microflora, and Omega-3 and -6 fatty acids reduce inflammatory processes in the intestines. Antioxidants strengthen the immune system, thanks to which the body's cells will be protected against free radicals.
