Enervit Sport R2 Recovery Drink is a product designed for quick regeneration after intense and long-lasting physical effort. One sachet is a mixture of carbohydrates, exogenous branched chain amino acids (BCAA), L-glutamine and vitamins. The high content of vitamin C (120 mg) supports the body in the fight against free radicals formed during the toughest workouts, and the addition of vitamin B6 improves the functioning of the immune system and participates in the formation of antibodies. The presence of salt compensates for sodium losses as a result of training, protecting against the phenomenon of hyponatremia. According to the recommendations for rapid post-workout regeneration, Enervit Sport R2 Recovery Drink is based on easily digestible carbohydrates, with a high glycemic index (maltodextrin). Thanks to this unique composition of ingredients, it effectively reduces fatigue, supports the proper functioning of metabolism (supports the restoration of glycogen reserves and regeneration of muscle micro-damage), thus allowing the regeneration of heavy training units. The product should be treated as the first and most important element of the regeneration process after prolonged exercise, consumed up to 30 minutes after the end of physical activity.
