The shell of the helmet is made of Kevlar, in MSF (Multi Sandwich Fiber) technology.
The distinguishing feature of Stilo helmets is the intercom arm integrated into the shell.
The use of such a solution is extremely useful on hops, where ordinary "soft" arms tend to slide below the lip line.
The helmet has an adjustable visor.
The intercom included in the WRC Des Composite helmet includes:

- dynamic microphone with noise reduction,
- fully integrated intercom plug.
