Magnesol, effervescent tablets contain magnesium in the form of easily absorbed citrate by the body.
Megnesol is recommended for:
- magnesium deficiency in the diet (variable diet, excessive consumption of fats, protein, calcium and preserved foods)
- increased demand of the body for magnesium (stressful situations, sports activity).
Method of use
Children aged 7 to 14 years 1 tablet per day.
Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age 2 tablets a day.
Dissolve the tablet in half a glass of water.
Warnings
Magnesol 150 tablets are not recommended for patients with acute renal failure. Magnesium slows down the absorption of iron. There should be a 3-hour interval between administration of Magnesol 150 and iron preparations.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements can not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, you should follow a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Composition
Each effervescent tablet contains 150 mg magnesium as magnesium citrate.
Sucrose, acidity regulator (citric acid, sodium bicarbonate), starch (maize starch), flavourings (orange, lemon, grapefruit), moisture maintaining substance (polyethylene glycol), sweetener (sodium saccharin), colour E110.
