Versatility is one of the biggest advantages of PULSEMIG devices. The pulsed current welding function in MIG/MAG and TIG mode (with full pulse modulation) gives users unlimited possibilities when welding steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steels and aluminum alloys.

The PULSEMIG welding machine allows welding of the most popular metals.

In the MIG/MAG method: carbon steels, alloy steels, aluminum alloys and welding without the use of shielding gas, powder wire (core) FCAW.

Very wide range of welding functions:

• PRE and POST GAS - gas outflow before and after welding.
• SPOT - a function used to attach metal elements.
• INDUCTANCE - properly selected welding inductance, contributes to the reduction of the amount of chipping. It depends on the diameter of the welding wire, the shielding gas used, the current and the welding position. Reducing inductance makes the arc more stable and concentrated, and increasing contributes to the formation of a more liquid lake and reducing the amount of chipping. Correctly selected is characterized by a stable arc, even transfer of liquid metal droplets, maintaining a constant size of the welding lake and a characteristic repetitive sound without splashes and explosions.
• PULS - pulsating current function, is mainly used for welding thin elements (even with a thickness of 0,1mm), metals with low melting point, e.g. lead, or welding in forced positions. Other advantages of pulsed current welding are a smaller heat affected zone, greater stability of the welding arc and greater depth of melting and improved appearance of the weld face.
• HOT START - a function that increases the current when the welding arc is ignited, making it easier to start welding.
• ARC FORCE - a function stabilizing the welding process by maintaining the voltage value of the welding arc regardless of its length and facilitates control over the number of chippings.
