Method of use

Mix 1 serving of 30 g (1,5 scoops) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume 1 serving before training and the second immediately after it. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 60 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place, at temp. 15-25°C, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
