Detailed functions

Accentualizer: The original Hitachi technology makes your photos look more realistic, improving sharpness, gloss and hue to make your images clear. You can also adjust the effects to three levels depending on your environment so that the colors of the images displayed are the actual colors of the objects they represent.

HDCR2 (High Dynamic Contrast Range): When medium projectors are used in bright rooms, darker image colors deteriorate and images become obscure. With this function, blurred photos caused by room lighting or external light sources are corrected and an effect similar to increasing contrast occurs. The latest HDCR2 enhancement provides not only automatic tone enhancement, but also automatic color enhancement. This ensures clear and vibrant images even in bright rooms.

Cloning function: Copy configuration settings from one projector to another of the same model using a USB stick. Cloning can save almost all PJ settings via USB stick.

ImageCare Technology: ImageCare is a lamp power control feature that combines optimal image performance with maximum energy savings by reducing energy consumption, improving contrast ratio, and extending lamp life. The result is lower total cost of ownership and reduced maintenance costs.

Image Optimizer: The image optimizer automatically adjusts HDCR2 and Accentualizer to improve visibility as the brightness of the lamp decreases over time.

Saving mode: Automatically changes the brightness of the lamp if there are no changes in the screen image. With ImageCare technology, this feature ensures optimal image performance with maximum energy savings.

Perfect Fit 2: Allows the user to adjust individual corners and sides independently of each other. Perfect Fit 2 provides vertical and horizontal digital distortion correction. This feature helps correct geometric and complex distortions. Perfect Fit 2 allows you to quickly and easily display the image on the screen.

Projector Quick Connection App for Mobile Devices: The iOS app offers full control over the projector and also provides the ability to display photos, document files and website content. Available for iPad®, iPhone® and Android. It works on a LAN via an RJ-45 port or an optional USBWL5G wireless adapter.

Input source naming: Users can rename input sources to more descriptive terms instead of default factory names.

Network control, maintenance and security: The built-in network allows you to manage and control multiple projectors over a LAN. Features include event scheduling, centralized reporting, image uploads, and email notifications for reactive and routine maintenance.

PJMessenger: The PJMessenger feature allows you to send and display text messages and audio notifications on network projectors. It is an easy and effective way to send advertisements to multiple units.

Current content via LAN: The Hitachi network software package allows you to easily send content directly from your computer to the projector via LAN connection.

Serial number and media access control label: The label is placed on the side of the projector to make it easier to access and read the model name, serial number and MAC address when mounted in the ceiling. This is a convenience for installers, end users and auditors for immediate availability.
