NOW Probiotic Defense is an advanced dietary supplement that combines beneficial probiotic bacteria, including clinically proven strains, combined with a base of fermented whole food. This formula contains 13 active strains of probiotic bacteria, designed to support digestive health and immune function. In addition, the product contains FOS (fructoligosaccharides), which promote the healthy development of Acidophilus and Bifidus.

Suggested dosage:

Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with 1 capsule per day and gradually increase to 3 capsules per day.

Once opened, recommended refrigerated storage.
