Stardupp AirRoll 120x75 cm – Larger Inflatable Training Aid for Back Handsprings & Flips

The Stardupp AirRoll 120×75 cm is the larger version of the AirRoll range – an inflatable cylindrical gymnastics aid with more length and diameter for athletes who need extra support surface and a bigger target area during tumbling practice. The rounded shape guides the body through the correct rolling arc, preventing over-rotation and protecting joints on landing. Weighs under 3 kg, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Set includes carry bag and repair kit.

The Stardupp AirRoll 120×75 cm is the larger sibling of the 100×60 cm model, offering more length and a greater diameter for athletes who want a bigger, more supportive rolling surface. The extra size makes it particularly well-suited for taller gymnasts, adults learning back handsprings for the first time, or anyone who finds the smaller model too compact for comfortable practice.

As a tumbling aid, the AirRoll's cylindrical shape is specifically designed to guide the body through the correct arc during back walkovers and back handsprings. Place it under the lower back at the point of maximum extension and the rounded profile naturally encourages the correct movement path – preventing the flat-back collapse that causes most painful landings when learning these skills. The soft, cushioned surface absorbs impact throughout the motion.

The larger diameter of 75 cm also makes this model excellent as a fitness ball – use it for core stability exercises, plank variations, pike stretches and balance drills. Reducing the air pressure slightly creates a more unstable surface that challenges proprioception and core engagement far more effectively than a static mat.

Built from dropstitch PVC – two layers bonded by thousands of internal threads – the AirRoll holds its cylindrical shape perfectly under pressure and maintains its structural integrity through intensive daily use. It works equally well indoors and outdoors, making it a genuinely flexible addition to any training setup.
