Recommended daily dose:

1 serving during the day, about 30-60 minutes before training. 1 serving (1 sachet = 12 g powder) should be dissolved in 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

Note: Olimp R-WEILER® Focus Powder contains caffeine; not recommended for children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 150 mg/ 1 daily dose). In addition, the product should not be used during breastfeeding, in case of cardiovascular disease or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation. The product is not indicated for people with pressure disorders. Do not use together with medicines, in particular those affecting the cardiovascular system. Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects (e.g. other dietary supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not exceed the daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine at a time. Do not use together with alcohol. Do not use immediately before bedtime or within a few hours prior to sleep. Consumption of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness. This is a transient symptom associated with the strong interaction of the beta-alanine component. It has no effect on health. Permissible clumping of the product not affecting its quality.
