WAY OF USE
Disposable portion of the product ‒ 3,3 g drop in 80 ml of water using a shaker. Use the preparation 30 minutes before the planned training. Avoid combining with other products containing caffeine! Attention! Do not use before bedtime!
WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use in case of cardiovascular disease or hypersensitivity to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol! A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. A single intake of beta-alanine in an amount above 800mg can cause tingling and numbness.
