The SF116WP is an 18-port PoE designed to supply IP cameras operating in the IEEE 802.3af / at standard.

The switch on ports 1 to 16 has the function of automatic detection of devices powered in the PoE / PoE + standard.

The ports marked G1 / TP and G2 / TP are used to connect other network devices through the RJ45 connector.

The switch also has two SFP sockets (marked G1 / SFP and G2 / SFP), which, after using a fiber optic module (GBIC insert), enable fiber optic transmission. On the front panel, there is a LED diode signaling of the device's operating status.

PoE technology provides network connectivity and lowers installation costs by eliminating the need to run a separate power cable for each device. In addition to cameras, network devices that use this technology, e.g. IP phone, access point, router.
