Pneumatic duct levers are designed for partial lifting of the car during diagnostics and maintenance and repair work. The lever is used to lift the wheels of the car front or rear axle.

Our pneumatic duct lift is the only jack on the market with forced return to the lowest position. Solid welded construction.

The use of rubber bellows, used in the production of TIR truck semi-trailers, guarantees the highest level of safety. The bellows can withstand a pressure of 10T and a maximum pressure of 17 bar. The lift is equipped with metal guide sleeves inside the bellows, which stabilize the lift during operation. At any height, the cushion is perfectly rigid, ensuring stable lifting and maximum operational safety.

Additional equipment

TP0003 – traverse, transverse beam, allowing stable support when lifting the entire front or rear of the vehicle. The traverse is designed for partial lifting of vehicles without a suspension crossbar or other hard chassis support points. Extendable arms of 50cm on each side, and twisted support feet up to 10cm, equipped with rubber overlays, allow optimal positioning of the support under the structural elements of the vehicle. Adjustment of the lift to the channel

Channel lifters are made to order.

1. The overall width of the trolley must take into account not only the dimension between the walls of the channel, but possible obstacles, in the form of lamps, electrical installation, etc.
2. The diameter and width of the wheels are adjusted to the edges of the channel. Most often, a 50mm angle is used, in which wheels with a width of 45mm move. In the case of edges made of catheter, the wheels are conical, of appropriate diameter and width.
3. In a situation where the guides on which the lift moves are located deep in the channel, we make a height correction of the trolleys. Thanks to this, the lowered actuator, in its minimum position, stops at the level of the workshop floor, or immediately under the formwork of the channel.
