Its name Come a Mano means “like handmade” and just mimics what cooks do with their own hands when kneading dough. The device is equipped with innovative double hook technology, which significantly improves the crimping process, allowing for better introduction of air into the dough and obtaining the optimal structure and puffing of baked goods.

The mixer works thanks to the high-power 1800 W motor, which means that it can handle even heavier and more demanding cakes, such as pizza, bread or yeast cakes. The heart of the mixer is the planetary mechanism movement of the mixer around its own axis and around the bowl ensures that all ingredients are perfectly combined, without the need to manually take care of each stage of preparation. Thanks to this, you can fully focus on the recipe, and the device will perform the most labor-intensive tasks for you.

The spacious 8 l bowl is made of durable stainless steel and features practical handles and a transparent lid that prevents the ingredients from splashing during operation. This capacity allows you to prepare up to 3 kg of ingredients at the same time, which is especially useful when baking large quantities of bread, pizza, pasta or cookies.
