The fish oil used in NORSAN products, including Omega-3 Capsules, comes from sustainable and wild fishing, it is the same oil we use in our proven Omega-3 Total product.

It is worth noting that NORSAN fish oil is obtained directly from fish meat, not as a by-product from fish liver.

Our fishing is based on catching small fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies, derived from sustainable fishing for wild fish. After fishing, still on the boat, the fish are processed and cooled. The fishery is subject to strict Norwegian guidelines and has a recognized certification from "Friends of the Sea".
