How to use?

Level 1: position for beginners and those starting to stretch on the product. Bend your legs in your knees and place your hands along your body. Relax as much as possible and breathe normally. This position provides the slightest stretch and is the easiest to do at first. .

Level 2: moderate stretching position

Move your hands behind your head and place your arms as close to the floor as possible to stretch them further. Over time, this will become easier and you may be able to completely straighten your hands and comfortably rest your elbows on the floor.

Level 3: Maximum stretch position only for advanced users or yoga practitioners.

You can leave your knees bent or straighten your legs and arms completely. You will achieve maximum stretch by also removing the pillow from under your head. You will stretch the muscles of the back, shoulders, chest and abdomen intensively. Be sure to allow your body to relax as much as possible.

Cleanliness:

After use, wipe the product with a damp, soft fabric with a mild cleanser. After using the product, you can disassemble the support arch, but it is not necessary.

Contraindications:

Talk to your doctor before using Qmed Back Stretching Support, especially if you have pre-existing back or neck injuries or ailments. Some conditions may be a contraindication to the use of the product, such as spondylosis, osteoporosis, severe arthritis, spondylolisthesis, spinal lesions / tumors and acute fractures. Important information

Before using the product, you should perform exercises to warm up the body. The duration of a single session at the selected altitude level is 5 minutes. Two sessions a day are recommended, although you can enjoy relaxation on Qmed Back Stretching Support up to three times a day. However, stop using the product if you have difficulty stretching for 5 minutes. Do only such stretching, in which you feel comfortable and slowly increase its time to 5 minutes.
