The design of the Beosound Explore speaker is enclosed in a hard case made of anodized aluminum. It has a thicker oxide layer that provides greater resistance to scratches and corrosion, and the reinforced internal structure better protects the speaker in the event of a fall. IP67 rated dust and water resistance makes this speaker ready to face the elements. It can even withstand immersion in water to a depth of 30 minutes.
