Myo-inositol is the primary form of inositol

Myo-inositol is an organic chemical compound belonging to the group of sugar alcohols. It occurs naturally in plant and animal organisms and in many food products, such as whole grain cereal products, citrus fruits, beans or nuts. Chemically, it is an isomer of inositol – a substance that can occur in various structural forms.

In the body, myo-inositol is present in cell membranes, where it acts as a component of phospholipids. Due to its presence in the body's tissues and wide availability in food, myo-inositol is the subject of numerous scientific studies.

To avoid the use of controversial food additives, and at the same time ensure the appropriate technological properties of the powder (m.in. prevention of clumping) we focused on a small amount of magnesium hydroxide, which is an extremely friendly choice for health.
