Schuberth C3 Pro is the flagship motorcycle helmet model from Schuberth. Thanks to the use of a number of modern technologies, the C3 Pro can be confidently called a premium product. The shell of this jaw helmet is made of fiberglass, which gives the whole structure strength and lightness. Extremely efficient air ventilation system provides upper and jaw inlets and rear air outlets. The Microlock ratchet closure allows the helmet to fit securely and comfortably to the driver's head. The C3 Pro helmet uses two integrated antennas that allow the use of the SC communication system. The helmet shell is produced in two sizes and is the perfect combination of aerodynamic shape with a high level of safety.

Features of the Schuberth C3 Pro helmet

Aerodynamics:

The C3 Pro is designed specifically for upright and sporty touring, but remains stable also in the air stream when driving at high speeds ( > 160 km / h). The unique shape of the helmet shell with integrated spoiler, enlarged and aerodynamically optimized end edge provides much greater downforce. Even at higher speeds, the C3 Pro does not give the impression of instability and lifting the helmet. The C3 Pro also offers reduced air resistance and optimized directional stability.

Acoustics:

A quiet helmet is a guarantee of safety for the rider: it allows the rider to concentrate on riding - especially at higher speeds. Many hours spent in Schuberth’s wind tunnel confirm that the C3 Pro is quiet. A package of comprehensive acoustic changes such as shell size optimization, aerodynamic deflector and ergonomic neck padding shape resulted in volume parameters of 82 dBA - establishing the C3 Pro one of the quietest helmets ever. Schuberth, like no other manufacturer, emphasizes the volume level of its helmets, which has a direct impact on the protection of the hearing aid, as well as concentration and comfort while riding.

Ventilation:

The C3 Pro is equipped with a developed ventilation system, proven in the earlier C3 model. The system of multi-track channels in the EPS foam coating, upper ventilation and on the chin / mouth provide a fresh air supply, which is effectively distributed over the entire surface of the head. The air ducts in the inner shell direct the airflow that enters through the front ventilation, above the back of the head to the back of the helmet. The low pressure prevailing in the back of the helmet ensures that the air from the inside is constantly removed by the mesh outlet located in the padding at the neck. The redesigned upper and maxillary ventilation and the introduction of several shell-shaped changes have resulted in the new Schuberth being ventilated more efficiently by 60% compared to C3. In the C3 Pro, the fresh air flow is close to 9 litres per second at 100km/h (upper + lower ventilation).

Technology

SC10U System - C3 Pro is standard adapted to mount the Schuberth SC - System™ C3 Pro system. To ensure excellent radio signal reception quality, the C3 Pro is already equipped with two integrated antennas to improve Bluetooth® reception and connection. Communication system must be purchased (available as a separate product)

Outer shell - The outer shell of the C3 Pro is offered in two sizes and combines the right aerodynamic shape with excellent protection. It is manufactured with the typical Schuberth use of a stamping molding process, allowing for high stability and low weight.

Inner shell - The inner shell of the helmet made of special EPS foam, to provide better cushioning, has been constructed in a modular way. The EPS inner shell is thicker in the upper and rear of the helmet, which affects the greater ability to absorb impact energy, in addition, it is covered with a new material with a darker color.
