The motorcycle intercom and SMH10 headset are designed to provide connectivity to your riding companions over longer distances for conversations and music sharing via Bluetooth - up to 900 meters (980 yards). When paired with your smartphone via Bluetooth, you can also listen to music and even answer phone calls while driving.
The SMH10 comes with a set of helmet clamps and a microphone on the boom. In turn, the Jog Dial knob provides an intuitive user interface that is much easier to control while driving.
The default setting for Jog Dial is volume control, and pressing the integrated button allows you to switch all the functions of your device with minimal effort, which means you'll be driving safer. Few motorcycle headsets offer such simple operation.
Bluetooth 3.0 technology allows you to listen to and share music, make quick dial phone calls, and participate in four-way intercom conversations with driving companions up to 900 meters (980 yards) apart.
The SMH10 delivers crystal clear, natural sound through a Bluetooth® stereo headset that automatically amplifies in noisy environments, using advanced noise control ™ reduces background noise for both incoming and outgoing audio.
Bluetooth music playback control allows you to play, pause, scroll forward and backward, and each audio source has its own adjustable volume level.
All registered owners of Sena have access to free firmware updates so that your SMH10 headset and motorcycle helmet intercom will always work with the latest software updates.
Meanwhile, integrated voice messages (available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish) help you quickly learn how to use the device. With up to 12 hours of talk time and 10 days of standby time on a single charge.
Even if your companions do not have Sena hardware, the SMH10 uses the Universal Intercom™ protocol, which allows your equipment to work with their equipment, regardless of brand.
