Spartan is synonymous with many features: rock-hard, compact, sober and strong. At least that's what tradition says. Spartan GT Carbon, however, chooses greater comfort, while maintaining all the good qualities of Spartan upbringing and martial art.

“Performance in your field” is a key element. In the case of Spartan GT Carbon, this refers to the sporty racing range, although the tourist will also enjoy this helmet a lot.

The shell of the carbon fiber and glass helmet is lightweight and compact. “Light” means: about 1450 grams, which is amazing for a full face helmet with two visors and this level of protection. The two helmet shells accommodate different sizes, which of course also helps.

Two air intakes and the same number of outlets help regulate ventilation. Everything can be opened and closed, allowing multiple settings. Aerodynamics was a clear theme during the development of the Spartan GT Carbon, which led to a double spoiler at the rear, among other things. Thanks to wind tunnel testing, the helmet is also quite quiet.

The transparent viewfinder VZ300 has its roots in the viewfinder VZ100 used by professionals. The cylindrical shape is specifically designed to provide a larger (read: wider) field of view, without causing optical distortion. The included Pinlock Max Vision® lens prevents evaporation. The mechanism - with a new central locking system - is distinguished by a very wide range of positions in which the viewfinder gently clicks. This is particularly striking: numerous and very fluid, but certain positions. Side panels that cover everything neatly prevent aerodynamic turbulence and are, again, good for your hearing.

A little hidden at first glance is the integrated sun visor. “Yes, of course it’s hidden, that’s why it’s called integrated...” we hear you think. Right, but we had to get used to the sun visor, which in Shark is located on the top of the helmet. This is why. After rediscovering, the sun visor turns out to reach very low, almost to the nose deflector. It provides additional, welcome protection and allows you to ride with an open (transparent) viewfinder without collecting insects on your face.

The interior has antibacterial properties, is made of recycled fibers, removable, washable and has 'EasyFit' cutouts that make wearing glasses easier and more enjoyable. There is a lot of '3D morphology' in the cheek pads, which ensures a perfect fit, where comfort and the necessary support complement each other. The more Spartans we discover, the less Spartan it becomes. The wind deflector even has summer and winter settings.

Another distinctive feature of the Spartan GT Carbon is the new 'Shark Emergency Release System', which allows for intuitive but numbered action in the event of an accident.
