SCHUBERTH E2 is the latest generation adventure helmet with a raised jaw that meets the new ECE-R 22.06 standards.

Helmet with double homologation (P/J), allowing riding with open or closed jaw.

The helmet shell made of fiberglass reinforced with a carbon fiber layer (Carbon) combines the highest level of safety with the low weight of the helmet. The optimized shell shape ensures maximum tightness and silencing even at high speeds. The helmet is additionally equipped with a visor with the possibility of adjustment on three levels, which has been designed in such a way as to harmonize with the upper ventilation for the best air circulation inside the helmet.

The E2 has an A.R.O.S. system to prevent the helmet from rolling off the head during an accident.

The new ventilation system in the E2 helmet maximizes the comfort and safety of the rider. Air inlets and outlets work closely with ventilation ducts in EPS ensuring optimal thermoregulation of the head. The additional ventilation inlet on the jaw is equipped with a replaceable, easy-to-wash filter for easy breathing in extreme conditions.

Outer shell:

• Helmet shell made of fiberglass reinforced with a layer of carbon fiber.
• The helmet has double P/J approval and meets the ECE-R 22.06 standard.
• Weight for size M: 1666g +/- 50g.
• Reflective elements on the chin, collar, above the top seal and in the stickers improve visibility when riding with the jaw open and closed.

Viewfinder:

• Made of polycarbonate, 1 optical class
• Fast non-pairing Pinlock® included
• Patented viewfinder mechanism with position memory function. The viewfinder will return to the same position it was in before the helmet jaw was raised.
• Greater field of view thanks to the new viewfinder urban position mechanism.
• Integrated sunscreen blend covered with a scratch-resistant layer.
• New mechanism for fixing the sunscreen blend.

Internal layers:

• The new EPS material provides better shock absorption and more headroom. It has two densities for the main part and its sides.
• The new seamless SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL lining allows you to adjust the helmet according to your individual needs.

The ability to "individuate" the inside of the helmet. The program is designed to provide a better fit of the helmet interior to the shape of the rider's head. The possibility of changing the thickness of the side and back paddings makes the inside of the helmet more oval or more round in shape. In addition, we can change the thickness of the cheek pads. (Other sizes of padding sold separately. )

New clasp:

• Precise adjustment of the strap length thanks to the ability to adjust the length on both sides.
• Optimized Micro-lock fastener position for added comfort.
• Anti-Roll-Off-System to prevent the helmet from rolling during an accident.

• Two air intakes on the jaw of the helmet provide more efficient ventilation. One of them is equipped with a replaceable, easy-to-wash filter.
