The shell of the Rafale SR series helmets is made of modern, extremely strong and impact-resistant glass fiber reinforced plastic (I.M.A.C. - Impact Modified Alloy Composite). It is produced in two sizes, which allows even better adjustment of the helmet to the head size and increases not only safety, but also comfort of use.
The inner layer is a shock-absorbing, double-density EPS foam that is covered with a removable and washable antibacterial lining.
In turn, the helmet painting has been designed to increase safety after dark, which is provided by four reflective zones falling on the helmet on each side.
The big advantage of this series is a durable, flexible and crack-resistant viewfinder, the execution of which also provides very good visibility. In addition, it has been covered with an anti-scratch layer (increasing scratch resistance) and equipped with the so-called. mushrooms, allowing you to attach a pinlock.
5-channel FAS ventilation is responsible for the comfort of riding on hot days, which efficiently drains excess air to the outside of the helmet, and the built-in and invaluable sun blend perfectly protects against glare or eye fatigue on sunny days.
The Rafale SR series helmets also have two interchangeable spoilers (standard, aerodynamic and racing equipped with adjustable side flaps), a removable nose deflector and neoprene chin curtain and special channels in the padding for glasses and speakerphone.
Lazer
Belgian company which is the oldest manufacturer of sports helmets in the world. The first helmets of this company were basically traditional pilots, which were simply reinforced with a layer of thick and stiff leather.
