Airoh is a helmet brand of Locatelli S.p.a. This company from northern Italy has been producing helmets since 1986, but initially for other brands in the motorcycle industry. In 1997, the company’s founder, Antonio Locatelli, decided it was time for his own brand. And the success he has achieved with her still confirms the rightness of his decision. The fact that Airoh is not only under full control of production proves many innovative design features of Airoh helmets. For example, the patented Airoh Multiaction Safety System AMS2: silicone inserts between the two polystyrene inner shell layers came out of the R&D department with its own wind tunnel and test laboratory.
