Method of use

Dissolve 4 flat scoops in a liter of water and drink to quench your thirst during exercise. That is:

• 2 water bottle scoops 500 ml
• 3 water bottle scoops 750 ml
• 4 scoops per 1 L bottle
• 8 scoops per 2 L bottle
