A daily serving of 0,8 g contains (reference intake %):
Vitamin B12- 100 μg (4000 %),
Inulin - 670 mg.

Method of use
1. Pour 1 serving (1 flat scoop) into a dry dish.
2. Add 200 ml of water or other beverage and mix.
Note- keep the order of preparation to thoroughly dissolve the powder.
Consume 1 time a day between meals. Shake the container vigorously before consumption.
